Wondering what a consultation with us is actually like?
Booking support for your family can feel like a big step — especially if you’re not quite sure what to expect.
Our consultations are relaxed, conversational and completely focused on your family. There’s no judgement and no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you need. We’ll listen, ask questions, help make sense of what’s happening and explore practical strategies that feel realistic for you and your child.
Afterwards, you’ll receive your personalised Family Avenues summary — bringing together what we’ve discussed, the areas we’ve identified together and practical ideas and strategies you can come back to.
